Hobbies

My hobbies contain: computer surfing, reading, shopping, chatting on my cellphone, spending time with my family and friends, learning new skills, and cooking. Yes, cooking is still something I find time to do. My signature dish is potatoes obrien.
I like to eat the skins on yellow gold and red potatoes. I have other dishes that I get compliments on, such as: cornbread dressing, potato salad, and baked steak. With cooking today, the microwave has been invented and it takes less time to create any meal with using it. But a home cooked meal tastes fresher to me. Many may disagree, but I do purchase pizza rolls, tgif buffalo wings, and frozen pizza to cook in the microwave or oven. However, friends ask me what I am making and to save them a plate when I do prepare an homecook meal. It is a pleasure to share and to be offered an compliment these days.
